Dansons Warranty Information
Our Warranty policy is as follows:
- All Electrical Components for 1 years from date of sale with valid invoice
- Stove/BBQ Body for 5 years against defects in workmanship
If a warranty card is not present in the start up package a customer receives with a stove, then warranty will be based from the date of sale of the product. A receipt for the product should be kept for proof of the sale date, as all above warranty claims require dated proof of purchase.
